Today self-motivation to fight depression: be more active

and it begins by some jogging with my be fair be vegan t-shirt

I'm depressed because I can't reach good people or help. Then you tell me that I should reach people or help.... Yeah right, like If I didn't know that...

I ask to be with people, they say that I should love myself more and be happy alone. I ask for a psy that know vystopia, search on google, ask on facebook, ask friends, search on the psy directory website, can't find anything on that. Then there is the option of calling every psy in montreal and ask them about it, one by one. Seems easier to just take it slowly, read psychology books, fix all things that bother me, fix my limits, wait and go to meetings and events that interest me, works and really do what I like.

But well, except the headache at some point of the day, I've worked half the day, took a nap, I've found a good backpack, rain coat and an umbrella and eat good stuff. Just need to continue tomorrow, I've still got lot to do.
